Early conversations around sex: three principles to include in every chat.

Long gone is the "one big chat about sex" method. Research shows that early, frequent, honest and open conversations are the best way that we, as parents, can set our children up for safe, healthy, loving and fulfilling relationships and sexual experiences in the future. Easier said than done, right? In this post I share a story of how one of the first conversations about sex happened in our home and three principles I try to include in every sex chat.
